Dr. Twohig
Dr. Twohig attended St. Mary’s College in Winona,
Minnesota and Marquette University, where he received his
D.D.S. degree from the School of Dentistry in 1976. Since
then, he has completed numerous continuing education courses,
including classes in TMJ therapy, full mouth reconstruction,
complete dentures, smile design, cosmetic dentistry, and
prosthetic restoration and surgical training for implants.
He believes in looking at the whole system—muscles,
joints and gum health—rather than simply treating tooth
decay.
Dr.
Twohig has studied at some of the nation’s most prestigious
dental facilities, including the L.D. Pankey Institute
in Miami, the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Education
in St. Petersburg, Florida, The Las Vegas Institute for
Advanced Dental Studies, and the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum
in San Francisco. He is a member of the American Dental
Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry,
and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, among others.
He enjoys passing on the knowledge he has gained through
lectures on complete dentures and photography in dentistry at
the LORDS Dental Studio in Green Bay.

Our dental
hygienist, Lisa, has an associate degree in dental hygiene
from North Central Technical College/Fox Valley Technical College.
In addition to keeping your smile clean and bright, regular
cleanings are important for gum health. Lisa also can help
you learn how to prevent gum disease with proper brushing and
flossing.
Dr. Twohig’s
dental assistant, Lori, has more than eight years of experience in dentistry.
Lori does her best to help you relax and answer any questions you may have.
Her interests include her family, gardening and church activities. Beth,
our friendly and knowledgeable patient coordinator, is responsible for making
appointments and filing insurance claims. She also can answer questions about
financing or what your insurance covers. |
